เครื่องบิน Airbus A 319 Corperate jet liner " ไทยคู่ฟ้า"(ชื่อเดิม)ของสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี หรือที่รู้จักกันในนาม "ไทยแอร์ฟอร์ซวัน"ตามสมญาที่จัดหามาในสมัยท่านผู้นำหน้าเหลี่ยมเรืองอำนาจและกำลัง Comebackมาอีกครั้ง มันคงมิได้เกี่ยวข้องกับ โมเดลที่นำเสนอ แต่เป็นที่มาในอดีต ปัจจุบัน เครื่องลำดังกล่าวได้อยู่ในความดูแลรับผิดชอบของ กองทัพอากาศไทย ได้ทำการเปลี่ยนสีลำตัวเป็นรูปแบบใหม่ ภารกิจที่สำคัญคือเป็นเครื่องบินพระที่นั่ง(สำรอง)หรือรับ-ส่งบุคคลสำคัญ ประจำการอยู่ที่ฝูงบิน 602 กองบิน 6 ดอนเมือง กรุงเทพ
